Baskar Kotte

Baskar Kotte is the founder and president of Quality Systems Enhancement. He is an original and active member of US Technical Advisory Groups ISO/TC 176 and TC 207 the technical committees responsible for writing ISO 9000 family of Quality Systems Standards, and ISO 14000 series of Environmental Management Standards.

Mr. Kotte is also a member of American Society for Quality, TAPPI and associate member of AICC. He is a US delegate in writing an ISO Standard “Guidelines for Selection of Quality Management System Consultants and Use of their Services” – ISO/TS 10019 and Customer Satisfaction: Guidelines for monitoring and measuring ISO/TS 10004. Mr. Kotte is a member and US Delegate for PC 242 and ISO 50001 Energy Management System.

Mr. Kotte has assisted over 500 facilities for ISO Certifications.

He is also an ASQ certified Quality Engineer and Quality Auditor and is an RAB-Certified QMS Lead Auditor. He has BS in Metallurgical Engineering from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India as well as an MBA from Ball State University in Muncie, IN.


Rick Manfredonia
Rick Manfredonia has been in the corrugated container industry for forty years, primarily working for Union Camp Corporation and then International Paper Corporation. During this time, Rick worked in nine container plants in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois. These plants’ product lines ranged from glass house, food, automotive, point of purchase, industrial and laminated bulk business.After graduating with a Business Administration degree from C.W. Post/Long Island University, Rick was hired by Union Camp Corporation as a manufacturing trainee. He then held positions as first line supervisor, shift superintendent, planning supervisor, manufacturing manager, and general manager. Throughout his career, Rick specialized in plant turnarounds, especially those requiring changes to organizations, to product mix, and to equipment. Rick played a significant part in identifying and implementing the needed changes, while working with highly organized union work forces in these rust belt states.
Derrick Hesser
Derrick Hesser has more than 18 years’ experience as a senior level executive and owner in manufacturing companies and as an entrepreneur. Derrick’s passion is to help companies formulate and execute their goals and then to develop repeatable processes to support these goals. Derrick’s experience as a business owner, operations manager, sales and marketing executive and product designer/engineer has helped him to understand the entire business cycle and gives him the tools to develop outstanding programs and systems that will help any company develop new business.
