Step 1: Awareness Training


Every assignment begins with this training session. This training focuses on the benefits of ISO and the implications of certification as well as what is expected of the company during and after certification. It explains how QSE plans to contribute to the corporate ISO effort.

Intended Audience:

The main objective of this training is to obtain the involvement of management and personnel in the ISO process so that the initiative becomes a company-wide effort and not just a departmental activity.

Duration and Location:

One to two or more days, depending on the size of the company and particular quality system. Two days is average for mid-sized companies. This is usually performed on site but can be done in a network classroom environment where attendees share a common quality standard.
