Step 9: COACHING TO FACE THE AUDIT

Description:

This stage takes place immediately prior to the certification audit. QSE will train all personnel who would potentially interface with the ISO auditor. This training focuses on how to face and interact with the auditor. It is necessary that we not only do our job, but also are able to properly explain it to the auditor. We have found that this is one of the most important steps in the entire preparation process.

Intended Audience:

All personnel that would typically interface with the registrar.

Duration and Location:

Two to seven days, depending on the size of the company and complexity of the quality system. Two days is average for small to mid-sized companies. This is done on-site.
