Step 7: DEFICIENCY CORRECTION

Description:

QSE consultants will assist the company in addressing deficiencies noted during pre-assessment. Management will be notified of any other implementation difficulties during this stage. Proper guidelines will be provided to correct the deficiencies.

Intended Audience:

All personnel responsible for correcting deficiencies.

Duration and Location:

Two to three days, depending on the size of the company and complexity of the quality system. Two days is average for small to mid-sized companies. This is done on-site.
