Step 6: PRE - ASSESSMENT

Description:

At this time, QSE will conduct an audit of the company’s quality system. QSE’s audit will be far more thorough and critical than that of the registrar.

Intended Audience:

All personnel that would typically interface with the registrar.

Duration and Location:

Two to seven days, depending on the size of the company and complexity of the quality system. Three days is average for small to mid-sized companies. This is done on-site.
