Step 5: IMPLEMENTATION
ASSISTANCE
Description:
Once the documentation stage is
complete, the company would implement the quality system at their
facility. This is typically done as focused training sessions given by
company staff to all users. After implementation, QSE
consultants will visit the facility to work with the Quality Manager
and all other personnel/management teams to address pertinent issues
that may come up. This takes place at least one month prior to
Pre-Assessment.
Intended Audience:
Management Representative/Management
Teams and pertinent personnel.
Duration and Location:
Two to seven days, depending on the size
of the company and complexity of the quality system as well as the
effectiveness of the company’s implementation efforts. Two days
is average for small to mid-sized companies. This is done on-site.
