Step 2: DOCUMENT PREPARATION ASSISTANCE
           

Description:

During this step, QSE consultants will train company personnel in the procedure writing process. Software templates for procedures and various forms can be provided if necessary. QSE believes in a one-level documentation structure covering policies, procedures, work instructions and forms. This simplistic approach is easy to understand and therefore more readily implemented.

Intended Audience:

Employees who will be responsible for generating and implementing ISO/QS 9000 documentation.

Duration and Location:

Two or more days, depending on the size of the company and particular quality system. This is usually performed on site but can be done in a network classroom environment.
