Step 10: ASSISTANCE DURING THE AUDIT

Description:

QSE consultants will stay with the company during the ISO audit to ensure the auditors accurately interpret the standard. We have found that a lot of confusion can be avoided with the proper interpretation of the standard and how it makes a connection to the company’s system.

Intended Audience:

All personnel that would typically interface with the registrar.

Duration and Location:

Two to seven days, depending on the size of the company and complexity of the quality system. Two days is average for small to mid-sized companies. This is done on-site.
