1. SIX-SIGMA TOOLS/CONCEPTS TRAINING – QSE will provide training on Six-Sigma Tools and Concepts for management, administration, and manufacturing personnel.  The training will include an overview of Six-Sigma Tools and Concepts and their benefits. This will provide the foundation for implementation of the Six-Sigma Tools and Concepts

2. BASELINE ASSESSMENT OF CURRENT SYSTEM TOOLS– An assessment of identified Administrative and Manufacturing TOOLS. QSE will assist you with identifying areas for improvement, with management team involvement. The assessment will result in identifying where your company can achieve the most value-added impact in daily operations.

3. SELECTION OF SIX-SIGMA TOOLS/CONCEPTS – The selection of the appropriate Six-Sigma Tools and Concepts to apply is imperative.  QSE will guide you through your selection of the appropriate implementation tools for your processes, so you can confidently proceed with your improvements.

4. TRAIN THE IMPLEMENTATION TEAM FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE SELECTED TOOLS/CONCEPTS – Once the appropriate tools and concepts have been selected, QSE will conduct Implementation training for the Implementation team. The training will be comprehensive in the use and application of the selected tools and concepts.

5. ASSIST IN IMPLEMENTING SELECTED TOOLS/CONCEPTS – After assisting in selecting the appropriate tools to optimize your current processes, QSE will work with your Implementation Team in the implementation of the selected Tools and Concepts.

6. DEVELOP GOALS IN MEASUREMENT/METRICS – With Six-Sigma tools in place, QSE will help to define your project goals. After the goals have been established, QSE will assist in selecting and implement the appropriate measurements and metrics, for gathering and analyzing improvement results.  

7. Assess and Monitor Six-Sigma Tool Application EFFECTIVENESS USING QUOTATION TO CASH PRICE & PROCESS APPROACH TECHNIQUES – QSE will help you to enhance your current and/or new processes effectiveness, by applying “Quotation to cash” principles, and the process approach to them. The fine-tuning of your processes will help to achieve the most value added results.

8. OPTIMIZE IMPLEMENTATION EFFECTIVENESS FOR BOTTOM LINE IMPROVEMENT – While measurable improvement has been achieved, there is still more value to be added. QSE will assist you in the optimization of the Tools and Concepts implemented to maximize their efficiency and add the most value to your systems and processes, gaining the full benefit of your Six-Sigma implementation.

9. INCORPORATE RESULTS INTO STANDARDIZED PROCEDURES – Once your Six-Sigma Tools and Concepts have been implemented, measured and optimized, QSE will assist you in incorporating them into standardized existing or new procedures to sustain the achieved improvements.   

10. MANAGEMENT REVIEW OF ACCOMPLISHED RESULTS – QSE will review and participate in a forum of the achieved results with your management team, and congratulate the implementation team.
