Student Cancellation Policy

More than 10 business days prior to the start date of the course, registrant may cancel and receive a refund or transfer credit to another course with a $50 service fee.

Transfers made within 10 business days of the start date will be charged a 50% service fee.

Cancellations within this period will be billed 50% of the tuition.

Failures to attend are liable for 100% of the fee.

All cancellations, transfers or substitutions must be in writing.

QSE Cancellation Policy

While our schedule is subject to change without notice, we try to provide as much advance notice as possible. You may elect a refund or reschedule to another session of equal or lesser value.
