Background

Quality Systems Enhancement was founded in 1992 and is a leading consulting and training organization dedicated to the ISO series of international standards. Our founder, Mr. Baskar Kotte is an original and active member of US TAG TC 176, the technical committee that originally developed ISO 9000 family of standards. Mr. Kotte also participated and provided input to the development of the current ISO 9001:2008 family of revised standards.

Based in Roswell, Georgia, QSE has representation through out the United States. Our team of dedicated professionals has been in the Quality profession for a number of years and has specialized knowledge in both the manufacturing and service industries. QSE has helped over 500 companies to achieve registration in very diverse industries such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, healthcare, packaging, telecommunications and more.

Our Approach and Methodology

QSE advocates a " Ten Step Approach^TM ” to certification. This approach was designed and perfected by QSE. It addresses each element in the standard and includes a mix of specialized training, consulting and auditing. QSE has used this approach to successfully register over 500 companies. It is this approach that has provided a one hundred percent success rate the first time through. Many of these successes were “zero deficiency” audits. When utilizing this approach, QSE guarantees registration in as little as seven to eight months.

Of course, a variety of options are available to the client based on their particular needs or budget requirements. QSE provides a no obligation visit to assess their needs and offers a program that is customized to the client.

Documentation is at the core of every Quality System. We believe in a one-level documentation system as opposed to the two / three / four level documentation structures preferred by many others. Our documentation rarely exceeds 200 pages, including all attachments. One of the intangible benefits of our simplistic one-of-a-kind documentation is that it is easy to maintain - and that is of great advantage when it comes to maintaining your certification through surveillance audits.
